Vetronic Services is a unique company producing unique products for the veterinary market. We are very proud of what we do and the equipment we produce and we hope that through this web site you will get a feel for the ideas and energy behind our company name. Established in 1992, Vetronic Services LTD has proven itself in the world veterinary arena as a leader in innovative design of animal monitoring equipment. Keith Simpson is the Managing Director of the company and is himself a vet and member of the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons. Keith is also an electronics engineer and a member of the Institute of Engineering Technology, thus having strong footholds in two disciplines that together form the foundation of Vetronic Services.
New to this Web Site
Those of you who regularly visit our web site will have noticed the new look and layout of our site. We have invested in a newer web site to bring many up to date features to our site. We are now able to provide video support for many of our products with topics such as Product Overview, Initial Setup Procedures, Function Testing as well as more advanced topics for some of our more sophisticated products. We will be continually adding new videos as this site develops.
Veterinary Specific Products
Vetronic Services LTD designs, manufactures and supports all of the products at its facility in Devon in the south of England. It has never been our policy to modify medical equipment or to deal in second-hand equipment. All equipment has been designed specifically for the role it is to perform and since our designers are vets themselves, we have a unique insight into those requirements. Throughout this web site you will find a unique range of products designed to fulfil specific needs in veterinary practice, ranging from ECG monitors for birds through to ventilators for mice.
One of our strong desires is to make this web site a source of information for vets, vet nurses and students. You will find information not only about our products but also about the physiological principles underlying the workings of those products. Keith Simpson has given many talks and produced many articles that all have a common theme. They aim to educate the user of our products by explaining the underlying physics and physiological principles behind their workings. These talks and articles that have appeared in many of the popular veterinary publications are available to download and read from this web site.
